The requirements for windows in New South Wales (the state where Sydney is) have become much more demanding as of 01/07/17.
Here is a link to the organisation that certifies windows for use in Australia. They will be able to provide you with accurate information on what is required, and how you can meet their requirements:
Briefly, there are two things that are important. Firstly all windows must be compliant with AS 2047, and have a performance label affixed to every unit similar to this:
Secondly, each window must comply with the specific BASIX requirements, that are different for each window, based on size, kind, orientation, etc. The BASIX requirement specifies a U value and an SHGC. The U value must beequalled or lower, the SHGC must be within the range given. This is a link to the BASIX site with some information about the requirements:

All windows that you export to New South Wales will have these same requirements from now on.
As we are an Australian standard aluminum doors and windows manufacturer, our products are meet with AS2047 and the BASIX requirements.
